The Job we hired Vincent Duran and Dona Ana Tree Care Company to do consisted of, the removal of 13 pine trees, from 50 to 75 foot in height, along the back edge of our home and rock wall bordering 2 neighboring homes. This all in a 10 to 15 foot area between house and wall. Hazardous and very complicated to say the least. Mr. Duran had no reservations that they coud handle our request. His confidence was reassuring.
I cannot begin to tell you how amazed we were to watch Dona Ana Tree Care Company in action. Both the climber cutters, clearly experts at their trade, and the ground crew were all professionals. The whole crew worked as one unit. Those climbing and cutting always aware of not only their safety but also the safety of those working to clean constantly beneath them. Every move was focused. They dropped every piece of tree with precision, and with absolutely no damage to person, property, homes or sheds on either side of the wall along the tree line they were removing. Even high pieces of adjoining trees, that had to be tied off and lowered by rope, were done so as a precise almost mathematical calculation. We were in awe to watch their accomplishments. This company is expert in what they do.
They arrived on time and wroked tirelessly, the ground crew clearing and cleaning underneath as one unit. They all were polite and mindful of property and property owners. They worked together no grumbling, no caustic remarks, they were helpful to each other. The whole crew was always focused on what was happening above them and what was happening around them on the ground. They literally did not stop until the work area was cleared and clean of all debris every day.
We give this company and its personnel the absolute best rating possible. They are licensed and insured, accredited by the Better Business Bureau and truly professionals. They are proud of what the do and it shows!
