Hiking and Walking Trails in Las Cruces

Baylor Pass Trail

About six miles long, the Baylor Pass Trail stretches from Aguirre Springs across the Organ Mountains and back down to Baylor Canyon road.

The Sierra Vista Trail is about 25 miles long and is found along the western flank of the Organ Mountains and the eastern side of the Franklin Mountains.

The Soledad Canyon Day Use Area has the three mile loop Bar Canyon Trail.

La Llorona Trail

Paved trail alongside the Rio Grande. Located at the Picacho bridge.

Tortugas Trail

This trail winds its way up "A" Mountain. Take University Ave. East and the turn off is on the right, right after you pass the Farm and Ranch Museum, which is on your left. You can also access the trail from the East side of "A" Mountain.

Triviz Trail

Paved walking path runs from Kohl’s to the New Mexico State University Area. Dog friendly.
