Planeteers!: Explore the solar system, galaxies and the universe with the museum! Participants will learn about the cosmos and what is beyond Earth! 1st Thursday of each month at 9:00 am. Free.
Grandma Mona’s Science Story time: Grandma Mona will read a science-related book. This will be followed by an opportunity to try a related hands-on project. 2nd Thursday of each month at 9:00 am. Free.
Nature Kids: The museum is bringing nature to the classroom in a series of explorations involving plants, animals, geology and weather. When possible, the lessons will be Chihuahuan Desert related. 3rd Thursday of each month at 9:00 am. Free.
Dinosaur Train: Based on the PBS show Dinosaur Train™, and in collaboration with the Las Cruces Railroad Museum, this program explores the world of dinosaurs, trains and science! 4th Thursday of each month at 9:00 am. Free.

White Sands National Monument Crafty Kids Program
Every Sunday, 2:00 PM.
